An ancient demon terrorizes a tiny Mississippi town. “Don’t Kill It” is a horror-comedy film that was released in 2016. The movie follows an ancient demon, known as the “Axe”, that is accidentally released from its prison in a small Mississippi town. The demon is able to possess people and use them to commit violent murders, leaving the town in chaos. The only hope for the town is an alcoholic demon hunter named Jebediah Woodley, played by Dolph Lundgren, who must team up with the town’s skeptical FBI agent, Evelyn Pierce, played by Kristina Klebe, to stop the Axe before it possesses them and continues its killing spree. As they race against time to find and destroy the demon, they must also confront their own personal demons and past traumas. The movie is a mix of horror, comedy, and action, with plenty of gore and supernatural thrills.
